Lee Stuart
After two previous careers - as a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper journalist and as an executive leader of innovative product and new business development initiatives with Hallmark Cards - Lee brings experience in disruptive innovation training and management, decision-making systems, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching to his speaking and consulting portfolio. He is also the creator of “33 Strategies for Disruptive Innovation,” the one-of-a-kind interactive workshop that delivers powerful innovation, branding, marketing, and positioning insights to business clients.
Lee has executive coaching clients across 11 business sectors and a dozen states. Using his own experience as a long-time corporate executive, Lee shepherds his coaching clients through self-discovery processes that have immediate and dramatic impact on both their professional and personal lives. Using elements of Socratic questioning, journalistic interview techniques, a range of temperament assessments, and a bank of “nuts-and-bolts” tools and templates, Lee’s coaching clients have experienced breakthroughs in nearly every aspect of their business.
Lee shares his knowledge as a professor of executive leadership and innovation classes in the School for Professional and Graduate Studies at Baker University, as a member of the Faculty Senate, and as a representative to the university’s Board of Trustees.
